Photography: Texture

Here we have the bark of a tree. How marvelous!

These were both taken at Riverside park. I really enjoyed the leaf texture and the texture of the fence post.

Here we have the texture of a stone pot and the walk at the museum.

Ah, the beauty of shingles. Here they are found on the side of a building at the museum, and on the roof of one of the log cabins.

Here we have my skateboard griptape and the sole of my shoe. Alas, it was quite muddy when I took the shot of my shoe, but you can still see the texture beneath the dirt.

Then we have another tree branch and a bench. Nothing super special.

As with many of the other projects, I like being outside when the weather is nice. I wish I could have gotten more texture with the little things, but at times it's hard to think outside the box. That's what I would do next time I did this project. I didn't really enjoy trying to find texture which wasn't plainly obvious, but that's the way the cookie crumbles. It was still a fun project.
